If you need to buy a gift card with a different amount, send us an email or give us a call on 3311 1322 and we will find a solution.
The validity period for Monkeyglasses gift cards is 1 year from the date of issue.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
VAT included Shipping is calculated at check out.

We return a digital PDF if you put a note in remars.

You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You need to return the product in it's original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and either order your replacements or apply your refund for the product, to your original payment type.
If the product you would like to return has custom made lenses, you will only be refunded for the frame and not the lenses.
