Return policy

We want you to have a good experience at Monkeyglasses and are therefore accommodating, even in case you have to return your purchase.

Returns

If you would like to return any of your purchased items bought from monkeyglasses, please contact our customer service service@monkeyglasses.com for further details.
You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order. You need to return the product in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and either order your replacements or apply your refund for the product, to your original payment type.

Shipping is only free if you shop for over € 76, so in cases where you return something and the total purchase is thus less than € 76, the shipping will be deducted.

If the product you would like to return, has custom-made lenses, you will only be refunded for the frame and not the lenses. Therefore, it is extremely important that you double-check your order before any purchase to avoid any mistakes.

 

Complaints

As a monkeyglasses customer, you have a 2-year warranty on all products. This means that you can have your product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount depending on the specific situation. This is of course only valid if the complaint is valid.
